I have been engaged in this industry since 2004. I have witnessed the glorious era of small and medium-sized wind power for 16 years, experienced the trough of small and medium-sized wind power, and also felt the impact of this industry. In the past, part of the reason is that inferior products occupy the market at low prices. However, the market demand for small and medium-sized wind power has always been there. Our company, like many colleagues, has been sticking to it. In my opinion, even if the market winds are myriad, only by keeping the boundary between enterprises and industries can we concentrate our efforts, constantly expand and innovate, and make this industry full of vitality. "
In the report, the new products developed in recent two years, automatic yaw controller of wind turbine and On grid inverter and converter of wind turbine are mainly introduced. The automatic yaw controller of wind turbine is based on the acquisition of wind speed, wind direction sensor signal, wind turbine voltage, current signal and generator speed as judgment conditions. Siemens S7-200 PLC is used as the core control unit to control the angle between wind turbine and wind direction, so as to realize the stable power output and brake function of the generator. The main chip of wind turbine On grid inverter is DSP core chip, which has multi bus structure and multi thread processing speed. Combined with real-time and fast digital signal processing algorithm, the long-term stable operation of the inverter is guaranteed.
