Do You Know How To Connect The Battery?
2023-10-31 17:00The battery choosing is based on the controller and inverter voltage and required back-up time. The introduction of series connection and parallel connection as follows:
Note:
1. Series connection, connect one battery’s positive "+" and the next section battery’s negative "-" with the black cable, so on.
2. After series is completed; test the battery voltage by the multimeter, whether the voltage is the required voltage.
3. If no need connect the battery to controller and inverter immediately, the battery terminal must be wrapped by insulation tape, avoid short circuit or get an electric shock risk.
4. Check whether the connection point is fastness,no loose.
5. It should leave more than 2cm gap between batteries for heat dissipation.
Note:
1. Connect one battery’s positive "+" and the next section of battery’s positive "+" by the black cable, then connect the negative pole "-" of the two batteries, which completed the two batteries in parallel, if you need more in parallel, and so on .
2. After parallel connection is completed, test the battery voltage by the multimeter, whether the voltage is the required voltage.
3. If no need connect the battery to controller and inverter immediately, the battery terminal must be wrapped by insulation tape, avoid short circuit or get an electric shock risk.
4. Check whether the connection point is fastness, no loose.
5. It should leave more than 2cm gap between batteries for heat dissipation.
Note:
1. When need mixed connection, first to in series connection of batteries, after get the required voltage, then connect the positive and negative according to the No.2 parallel connection.
2. Mixed connection, the number of parallel groups should not more than three groups , otherwise it will shorten the battery life.
3. If not need connect the battery to controller and inverter immediately, the battery terminal must be wrapped by insulation tape, avoid short circuit or get an electric shock risk.
4. Check whether the connection point is fastness, no loose.
5. It should leave more than 2 cm gap between batteries for heat dissipation.
